Claro is a great new company in Barcelona with whom we are good friends and doing projects as part of their European network.

Designthinkers have been close partners ever since we met at DMI Milan in 2009. Together we organise design thinking unconferences, a design thinking masterclass, and a customer journey lab. And we have many plans for collaboration in the future.

Fred Montijn was Erik's business partner from 1999 to 2006. After we split the business in a consultancy (erik) and a design office (fred) we've been co-operating better than ever. Fred is a great designer and a great friend.

Koos was founded by Robbertjan van Oeveren en Jules Prick. Both have had Erik as teacher in Delft and they are now putting to practice what they've learned. Zilver works with Koos on Heineken, Sanoma Digital en several new tools and methods.

Edwin Rooseman of new media design management agency Nandooh is the other half of Designest, our brand touch point orchestration joint venture. Edwin loves online expiriments and offline parasailing.

Damian Kernahan from Protopartners is our Australian partner for our research tool 7daysinmylife.com which he markets down under for use in service design projects. Damian is far away but close at heart!

We know Ralf from the Master of Design Management, and he is now a friend and business partner. Ralf is a great source of inspiration on design management, web 2.0 and strategic design thinking. He's also German but that's not his fault ;-)

After a career at Waacs our friend Roy is now an independent product designer and part of the Designest team. Roy loves design, eighties gizmos and good food. You should see him draw. By hand!

7daysinmylife.com is a very accessible and quick online tool to gain usable and inspiring end user insights for branding, and the development of new products and services.
