Sanoma asked us and Claro Partners Barcelona to gather customer insights related to motivations behind media usage and online behavior. Next they asked us to translate those insights into a framework for profitable and meaningful online publishing models.

Focus groups and generative sessions enabled us to validate our insights and craft the first platforms for opportunities.
